Size 6.5- get the 6.5/7- they might be a bit loose, but it depends on your foot and the sock you are wearing.

Size 7-get the 6.5/7 and they should fit with a regular sock, if you want them loose (length wise) size up.

Size 7.5- get the 7.5/8- they might be a bit loose

Size 8- get the 7.5/8 and they should fit with a regular sock, if you want them loose (length wise) size up.

Size 8.5- get the 8.5/9
